Within the greater Cuenca area: We can arrange delivery and installation as needed for a small fee.

Beyond the greater Cuenca area: We have various trusted carriers for long haul deliveries and will coordinate logistics. All charges will be disclosed prior to shipping.

Our preferred transaction methods are cost free allowing the best pricing to you, and include cash or bank transfer/deposit. We accept most major debit/credit cards for an additional fee and/or in lieu of any product discount.

We are always interested in acquiring quality, good condition items and happy to accept those as a payment method based on established value towards any purchases.

We don’t offer or arrange for credit purchases. We do offer a layaway payment plan, generally for up to three months. Items do not leave the store until fully paid.

We stand behind all products we sell. New items include limited warranty up to 10 years, based on the product category. Pre-owned items that require electricity are protected for a minimum of 30 days.

Yes, we are happy to hold any purchased item for up to 90 days, ideal for securing items before your move in date.

In most cases, custom order items will be available in three weeks or less. Each product is unique and seasonal demand can extend the timeline.

We offer a guaranteed repurchase agreement essentially allowing you to rent the items. This requires full payment for the items upfront and the option to sell us those items for a set price at a future date. Terms and conditions apply. Inquire for more details.
